PublicWarden does not verify contractor quality, recommend contractors, or provide legal advice.

All information on PublicWarden is sourced from publicly available government records. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this data current and accurate, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information displayed.

PublicWarden is not a substitute for independent verification. Users should confirm critical information directly with the relevant government agencies before making hiring decisions. An active license and current insurance do not constitute a recommendation or endorsement.

You may use PublicWarden for personal, non-commercial verification of Florida contractor records. You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service. You may not use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any contractor or individual. You may not misrepresent PublicWarden data as your own or as an official government source.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUBLICWARDEN AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FROM HIRING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON THE SERVICE.

If you believe any information on PublicWarden is inaccurate, you may submit a correction request. We review all submissions against the underlying government records and update our data accordingly.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
